technicians can connect remotely to your computer and assist you in real time. We
can provide help as you watch on your computer screen. Fast and convenient, a
virtual house call can get you up and running in no time at all.
How does it work? Simple. With our computer technician on the phone with you, we
will connect to your computer through our easy to use web portal. The technician will
be able to see your computer screen exactly as you see it. This way the computer
technician can see the computer problems as you do. Then with your permission, the
computer technician can share control of your mouse and keyboard and fix your
computer right before your eyes!
Virtual house calls are great for diagnostics and tune-up. It also allows our
technicians to peek under the hood of your machine and make accurate
recommendations if an upgraded is needed. If a follow-up regular house call is
scheduled as a result of a virtual call, the regular house call fee will be waived. The
virtual house call fee includes up to one hour of remote problem solving.

power on and connect to the Internet a regular house call will be necessary.
